The ICON Stage 1 Suspension System for the 2024–2025 Toyota Tacoma is engineered to deliver increased wheel travel, improved damping control, and enhanced ride quality both on-road and off-road. Designed with performance-focused drivers in mind, this system optimizes suspension geometry while maintaining reliability for daily driving and aggressive trail use.
This Stage 1 system features vehicle-specific tuned ICON 2.5 Series coilover shocks with internal reservoirs and ICON-engineered coil springs, providing exceptional cooling performance and precise suspension control throughout the full range of travel. The front coilovers are height adjustable from 1.25" to 3" of lift over stock, allowing fitment of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations.
To maximize front suspension travel and prevent CV bind, the system includes a front differential drop kit paired with ICON-specific coilover lengths. Polyurethane differential mounting bushings replace the soft factory bushings to reduce differential movement under load. Rear suspension performance is balanced with ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series internal reservoir shocks, valved specifically for the 2024–2025 Tacoma.
