Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns of new, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Returns must include all original parts, accessories, and documentation.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at Sales@offroadspecialty.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions to complete the return process.

Return Shipping Responsibility
Unless the return is due to our error (such as an incorrect or damaged item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Customers may choose their preferred carrier unless a prepaid return label is provided.

Condition of Returned Items
Returned products must be in original condition and packaging. Items that have been installed, used, or altered are not eligible for return.

Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after inspection is completed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, including special-order products, clearance items, and manufacturer-restricted products, are not eligible for return. Any non-returnable item will be clearly identified on the product page prior to purchase.
