Shipping Overview

Off Road Specialty processes and ships orders to customers throughout the contiguous United States. Orders are fulfilled from authorized U.S. facilities to ensure reliable delivery and product authenticity.

Orders containing items from different brands or fulfillment locations may arrive in separate packages.

We currently ship only within the contiguous United States.


Free Shipping Over $250

Orders over $250 USD qualify for free standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States. Free shipping applies only to eligible non-freight items.

Free Shipping Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for free standard shipping:

  • Oversized items
  • Freight shipments (LTL)
  • Wheels & tires
  • Certain heavy suspension components

If an item requires freight shipping, the applicable freight charge is clearly displayed on the product page and at checkout before purchase.


Order Processing Times

  • In-stock items: Typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Standard stocked items: Typically processed within 3–7 business days.
  • Special-order or backordered items: Processing times vary. Estimated timelines are provided via email when available.

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare and ship your order. Delivery timeframes begin once the order has shipped.

Tracking information is provided once an order ships.


Delivery Timeframes

Standard Ground Shipping

Estimated delivery: 5–14 business days after shipment, depending on destination and carrier transit times.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for select items. Delivery timeframes depend on the selected service and destination.

Freight Shipping (LTL)

Some large or heavy items require freight delivery.

Freight Rates
Oversized items are excluded from free shipping promotions and ship via flat-rate freight pricing. Freight rates are determined by product category and are displayed clearly on the product page and at checkout before purchase.

  • Bumpers & Racks – $100 flat-rate freight
  • Roof Top Tents – $200 flat-rate freight
  • MagPak Systems – $300 flat-rate freight

Freight pricing is shown prior to completing checkout. There are no hidden shipping fees.

  • Typical delivery timeframe: 7–21 business days
  • Delivery appointments are scheduled by the carrier
  • Freight deliveries are curbside only
  • Customers must inspect shipments prior to signing delivery paperwork

Split Shipments

Orders containing items fulfilled from different authorized U.S. warehouses may ship separately. There is no additional charge for split shipments beyond the shipping method selected at checkout.


Shipment Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or temporary inventory constraints. If a significant delay occurs, customers are notified promptly with updated shipping information and options where applicable.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

Damaged Packages

  1. Take clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
  2. Email sales@offroadspecialty.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can initiate a carrier claim promptly.
  3. For freight shipments, visible damage must be noted on the delivery paperwork before signing.

Lost Packages

If tracking indicates a package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Off Road Specialty will work directly with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.


Return Policy

Return eligibility and conditions are clearly outlined on each product page where applicable.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for new, unused items in original packaging.

To request a return, email sales@offroadspecialty.com with your order number and reason for return.

Approved returns may include a prepaid return label when applicable, depending on the reason for return and product type.

Oversized & Freight Returns:
Oversized or freight items may require customer-arranged return shipping due to carrier requirements. Freight return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. Manufacturer restocking fees may apply where disclosed by the manufacturer.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or special-order items
  • Installed, used, or modified items
  • Items without original packaging
  • Opened electronic components
  • Products marked non-returnable on the product page
