The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 2 Suspension System with Triple-Rate Rear Springs for the 2024–2025 Toyota Tacoma is engineered for serious drivers who demand maximum performance, control, and ride quality both on- and off-road. This Stage 2 system features vehicle-specific tuned ICON 2.5 Series coilovers with internal reservoirs and ICON-engineered front coil springs, providing exceptional cooling and consistent performance. The adjustable front coilovers deliver 1.25–3 inches of lift over stock, allowing fitment of larger, more aggressive tires. A front differential drop kit and polyurethane diff bushings maximize available front suspension travel on 4WD models while reducing CV bind and limiting differential movement under load.
Up front, billet aluminum upper control arms with the Delta Joint PRO correct geometry, add on-vehicle caster/camber adjustment, and eliminate bind through full bump and droop. In the rear, triple-rate coil springs deliver a compliant ride and softer droop with a firmer overload rate for excellent bottoming resistance, adding ~0.5" of rear lift. The system is rounded out with ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series internal reservoir rear shocks, tuned to balance the truck from front to rear.

- Direct bolt-on installation using factory mounting locations. No cutting or welding required. ADAS recalibration required after installation. Professional installation and alignment are strongly recommended for optimal performance and handling.
