🧾 Overview
The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 2 Suspension System for the 2024–2025 Toyota Tacoma is engineered for drivers who demand maximum on- and off-road performance from their truck. ICON’s primary focus is increasing wheel travel and damping control, resulting in superior ride quality, stability, and confidence across a wide range of terrain.
This Stage 2 system centers around vehicle-specific tuned ICON 2.5 Series coilover shocks with internal reservoirs and ICON-engineered coil springs, delivering consistent damping and excellent heat management. The adjustable front coilovers provide 1.25–3 inches of lift over stock, allowing for larger, more aggressive wheel and tire setups. To maximize available suspension travel and prevent CV bind on 4WD models, the system includes a front differential drop kit with upgraded polyurethane differential mounting bushings.
Also included are ICON billet aluminum upper control arms featuring the all-new Delta Joint PRO, which corrects front-end geometry, increases caster and camber adjustment, and allows full bump and droop travel without bind. Rear performance is balanced with ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series internal reservoir shocks, tuned specifically for the 2024–2025 Tacoma.
✔ Stage 2 performance suspension system for 4th-gen Tacoma
✔ Adjustable 2.5 Series front coilovers with internal reservoirs
✔ 1.25–3" front lift height over stock
✔ Billet aluminum UCAs with Delta Joint PRO
✔ Differential drop kit maximizes CV angle and wheel travel
🛠 Installation
- Direct bolt-on installation using factory mounting locations. No cutting or welding required. ADAS recalibration is required after installation. Professional installation and alignment are strongly recommended for optimal performance and handling.
