The ICON Stage 8 Suspension System is the most advanced suspension package available for 2021–2023 Ford Bronco models equipped with the Sasquatch Package, combining premium billet suspension components with ICON’s electronically controlled CDEV (Compression Damping Electronic Valve) technology. Designed for aggressive off-road use and heavily equipped Broncos, this system delivers active, real-time damping control with increased rear load capacity.
At the core of the system are ICON 2.5 VS remote reservoir coilovers with CDEV, paired with ICON Intelligent Control (IIC). Using onboard sensors, the system continuously monitors chassis movement and terrain inputs, making near-instant compression damping adjustments at each shock. Once configured through the IIC mobile app, the system operates autonomously without driver input.
This Heavy Rate configuration includes progressive dual-rate rear coil springs, billet adjustable rear links, and an adjustable rear track bar—making it ideal for Broncos running additional rear weight such as overland gear, tire carriers, or armor.

🛠 Installation
- Direct bolt-on installation using factory mounting points. No cutting or welding required. Alignment required after installation. iOS device required for setup and operation of ICON Intelligent Control.
