This system pairs ICON’s CDEV remote reservoir coilovers with a complete tubular link and track bar solution, delivering unmatched geometry correction and suspension freedom.
At the core of Stage 8 is ICON Intelligent Control (IIC), which actively monitors vehicle movement and terrain inputs to make near-instant compression damping adjustments through the Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) at each shock. Once configured through the IIC mobile app, the system operates automatically—allowing the suspension to adapt in real time without driver input.
This Heavy Rate configuration features progressive dual-rate rear coil springs designed for Broncos carrying added rear weight such as overland gear, bumpers, tire carriers, or recovery equipment. Combined with tubular upper control arms, full tubular rear links, and an adjustable rear track bar, this system eliminates bind, improves articulation, and maintains precise axle alignment on lifted Sasquatch Broncos.
