The Factor 55 Splice-On Foldable Winch Line Shackle Mount is the world’s first foldable, splice-on shackle mount designed exclusively for synthetic winch rope. Engineered to replace conventional winch hooks, this system provides a safer, more secure shackle/D-ring connection while enabling Closed System Winching for increased recovery safety and confidence.
Precision CNC machined from 6000-series military-grade aluminum, the mount features a unique internal rope path that protects synthetic rope from impact damage and UV exposure. Integrated EPDM rubber pads protect alloy fairleads and cushion stowage. The foldable, low-profile design allows the assembly to stow neatly when not in use, reducing rattle and interference.
