The ICON Stage 8 Suspension System is ICON’s most advanced suspension solution for 2021–2023 Ford Bronco models without the Sasquatch Package, combining electronically controlled damping with full billet suspension components for maximum performance and adjustability. Designed for aggressive off-road use and Broncos carrying additional rear weight, this system delivers exceptional ride quality, control, and articulation on any terrain.
At the core of the system are ICON 2.5 VS remote reservoir coilovers equipped with CDEV (Compression Damping Electronic Valve) technology and ICON Intelligent Control (IIC). Using onboard sensors, the system continuously monitors chassis movement and terrain input, making near-instant compression damping adjustments at each shock. Once configured through the IIC mobile app, the system operates automatically without driver input.
This Heavy Rate configuration features progressive dual-rate rear coil springs, billet adjustable rear links, and an adjustable rear track bar—making it ideal for Broncos running spare tire carriers, armor, overland gear, or frequent rear cargo loads.

🛠 Installation
- Direct bolt-on installation using factory mounting points. No cutting or welding required. Alignment is required after installation. iOS device required for setup and operation of ICON Intelligent Control.
