- Connect the braided air hose to compatible JIC-04 male flare fittings on the compressor, manifold, or air system components.
- Route the hose away from sharp edges, moving suspension components, and excessive heat sources. Avoid twisting, kinking, or placing unnecessary tension on the hose.
- JIC flare connections seal at the mating surfaces and do not require thread sealant. Any separate NPT adapters should be installed according to their specific requirements.
- After installation, pressurize the air system and check all connections for leaks.
