The Grimm OffRoad Extended Brake Line Kit is designed for 2007–2018 Jeep Wrangler JK and JKU models, providing a durable replacement for factory rubber brake hoses. Suitable for both stock and lifted Wranglers, these 26-inch stainless steel braided lines help reduce hose expansion under braking pressure, delivering a firmer, more consistent brake pedal feel.
Each brake line features a PTFE-lined, 304 stainless steel braided hose with stainless steel crimp collars and triple chrome-plated fittings for corrosion resistance. A UV- and abrasion-resistant PVC outer cover protects the braided hose from wear caused by exposure to the elements and demanding off-road conditions.
Designed for front or rear installation, the kit includes two interchangeable brake lines along with the necessary brackets, clips, and copper washers. Available in black or silver, these brake lines conform to DOT 571.106 requirements, are manufactured in the USA, and are backed by Grimm OffRoad's Limited Lifetime Warranty.

- The Grimm OffRoad Extended Brake Line Kit replaces the original flexible brake hoses on the front or rear axle.
- Installation involves removing the factory brake hoses, positioning the replacement lines using the supplied brackets and clips, and connecting the lines to the factory brake components.
- The brake lines should be routed with the suspension fully extended to verify sufficient clearance and prevent excessive tension during articulation.
- After installation, bleed the brake system according to the vehicle manufacturer's service procedure and inspect all connections for leaks.
- Manufacturer-estimated installation time: 1–2 hours.
