🛠 Installation
- Replaces the factory rear rubber brake hoses using the supplied mounting components and installation hardware.
- Installation involves removing the original rear brake lines, installing the stainless steel braided replacements, securing the brake lines to the factory mounting locations, and reconnecting the brake line fittings.
- The brake lines are interchangeable between sides, but the caliper fittings must be oriented correctly. The driver-side line should exit toward the rear of the vehicle, while the passenger-side line should exit toward the front.
- Installation is best performed with the suspension fully extended to verify proper routing and prevent excessive tension during suspension articulation.
- After installation, bleed the brake system according to the factory service manual and verify that the brake lines do not stretch, kink, or contact suspension components throughout their full range of travel.
