Designed as the world’s first foldable winch shackle mount with a self-centering load spool, the FlatLink XXL replaces traditional winch hooks with a significantly safer, closed-system recovery solution.
Precision CNC-machined from 6000 series Military Grade aluminum, the FlatLink XXL is compatible with both steel cable and synthetic winch rope, supporting wire rope diameters up to 1 inch and synthetic rope tube thimbles up to 5/8 inch. A massive 7/8-inch titanium double-shear pin provides exceptional strength while eliminating the need for rope splicing.
The fold-flat design stows cleanly against the fairlead with no rattling, while integrated EPDM rubber pads protect aluminum or steel fairleads during use. Designed for 7/8-inch and 1-inch shackles, this mount is ideal for full-size trucks, HD rigs, and extreme off-road recoveries where strength and safety are critical.
