Designed, prototyped, FEA-tested, and finished by Carbon Offroad’s in-house team, the Mega Pro combines strength, durability, and smart usability in a compact, cost-effective design.

Featuring a unique I-beam hook construction, the Mega Pro maximizes strength where it’s needed while eliminating unnecessary mass. The hook is forged and heat-treated from 40Cr steel, delivering exceptional durability and long service life. A cast alloy gate keeps weight down without sacrificing performance, and the UV-resistant powder coat finish protects against corrosion and long-term exposure.

Designed for versatility, the hook can be stowed flat against the fairlead or upright with the gate facing up—making it easy to clip in soft shackles or tree saver loops before walking the line to the anchor point. The through-pin mounting system with circlip retention ensures quick, secure attachment to synthetic winch rope.
