🧾 Overview

The ARB Air Locker Differential for the Dana 30 axle is the world’s premier selectable traction aid, engineered to deliver maximum traction on demand without compromising on-road drivability. With the simple flip of a switch, the Air Locker instantly locks the differential, ensuring both axle shafts rotate together for superior traction in mud, rocks, sand, snow, and uneven terrain.

At the core of the ARB Air Locker is a pneumatically operated internal locking system. When activated, the locker prevents the internal differential gears from rotating independently, tying both wheels directly to the ring gear for maximum possible traction. When disengaged, it functions as a conventional open differential—maintaining smooth handling, reduced tire wear, and normal driveline behavior on pavement.

Built for extreme environments, the Air Locker features a robust two-piece design with minimal moving parts, a patented timed locking mechanism for fast engagement and unlocking, and a steel-reinforced elastomer annular seal designed to withstand the harshest climates on Earth.

✔ 100% traction on demand
✔ Driver-controlled selectable locking
✔ Ultra-durable two-piece design
✔ Normal on-road behavior when unlocked
