The Eaton ELocker® Electronic Locking Differential for Dana 30 front axles delivers instant, on-demand traction with the push of a button while maintaining smooth, predictable drivability when unlocked. Designed for rock crawling, trail use, towing, and work applications, the ELocker allows drivers to lock the front differential only when traction is needed—then return to open differential operation for normal driving.
When engaged, the ELocker provides a true 100% mechanical lock, forcing both axle shafts to rotate together for maximum traction in low-traction environments. When disengaged, it functions as a standard open differential, preserving steering control, tire wear, and drivetrain longevity.
Unlike air-actuated lockers, the Eaton ELocker uses a fully electronic actuation system, eliminating compressors, air lines, and solenoids. This makes it a clean, reliable solution for Dana 30-equipped vehicles running 3.73 and higher gear ratios.
