     Off-Road Specialty operates as a dropshipping business. This means products are   shipped directly from our suppliers to your door. Shipping times may vary depending on the supplier’s location and availability. We work only with trusted partners to ensure timely and secure delivery.
Refund policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for new, unused items in original packaging. To start a return, email sales@offroadspecialty.com with your order # and reason. If approved, we’ll issue a prepaid label (or you may use your own carrier, depending on the item). Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Exceptions: custom/special-order items, installed/used items, and items without original packaging are non‑returnable. A restocking fee (up to 15%) may apply on non-defective returns. For freight shipments, note delivery damage on the BOL and contact us within 48 hours.
