Located in Boise, Idaho we are an engineering design firm specializing in mechanical design and analysis. Our staff has extensive experience in the Aerospace, Defense, and semiconductor industry but we have always been passionate about off roading through out our careers.
All of our products are designed in house using the latest 3D CAD software and optimized using Cosmos FEA ( Finite Element Analysis). Before we release any products to the public, we also perform a destructive test on each design with the assistance of a test facility equipped with test measurement and data recording equipment. We take great pride in knowing all of our products are derived from sound engineering disciplines.

Shipping policy
Expedited Shipping:
- Need your order faster? We offer expedited shipping options like 2-day and next-day air for an additional cost.
- Shipping rates are calculated and displayed during checkout based on your chosen service and delivery location.
Order Processing:
- Most orders placed before noon CST on in-stock items will ship the same business day.
Oversized Items:
- Please note that some items, like wheels, tires, bumpers, racks, and full suspension kits, may require additional handling charges due to their size, weight, or truck freight requirement.
- Any additional charges will be clearly displayed during checkout.

Refund policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for new, unused items in original packaging. To start a return, email sales@offroadspecialty.com with your order # and reason. If approved, we’ll issue a prepaid label (or you may use your own carrier, depending on the item). Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Exceptions: custom/special-order items, installed/used items, and items without original packaging are non‑returnable. A restocking fee (up to 15%) may apply on non-defective returns. For freight shipments, note delivery damage on the BOL and contact us within 48 hours.
